You will be taking care of:

Translating video materials, educational content, and project assets for our "Better Planner" and "Education" initiatives to become the voice of our brand in France.
Supporting projects involving French customers to ensure all content is culturally relevant and linguistically accurate.
Handling day-to-day support requests from drivers and depot teams to help them solve issues and ensure smooth operations.
Collaborating closely with our Product, User Insights Team, and Customer Success teams to maintain linguistic consistency across all platforms.
Assisting in direct communication with French users to ensure their needs are met with high quality and empathy.
Refining our terminology and proactively suggesting ways to make our French content even more impactful as you grow into the role.
You check these boxes:

You have native or near-native (C1-C2) proficiency in
French
and a strong working proficiency in
English
(B2+).
You have a great eye for the little details that make a translation feel natural and polished.
You are well-organized and enjoy the feeling of delivering your work reliably and on time.
You bring a user-centric mindset and understand that a good translation is about the overall user experience.
You are currently enrolled in a degree program related to Business, Logistics, Communication, Linguistics, or a similar field. But more important than the right degree is your motivation!
It is awesome if you also have:
