Your responsibilities

As a Working Student (f/m/x) Learning Data & Analytics, you will support us in turning learning data into meaningful insights. You will contribute to the development of impactful dashboards, collaborate with stakeholders across regions, and help ensure transparency and data-driven decision-making in our learning operations.



Your key responsibilities include:


Building, maintaining, and presenting Power BI dashboards based on learning data and KPIs Collaborating with global and cross-functional stakeholders to define and provide new metrics and analytics Supporting daily learning operations across countries/regions by reporting on training performance and recommending improvement actions Assisting management and our data analyst by extracting reports from our learning management systems and other data sources

Your profile

You will thrive in this role if you enjoy working with data, transforming numbers into insights, and contributing to continuously improving our digital learning landscape. You bring curiosity, analytical thinking, and the motivation to learn and grow in an international environment. Ideally, you bring the following qualifications and strengths:



You are a matriculated student (f/m/x) in Statistics, Data Science or a comparable field Strong communication skills in English Analytical mindset and the ability to summarize statistics clearly in written form Experience creating impactful charts and visuals Solid command of Excel or similar tools; experience with Power BI and/or Python is a plus Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and goal-driven working style High willingness to learn, strong commitment, and self-motivation Availability for at least 2 semesters and up to 20 hours per week
