You'll make an impact by

You will engage in comprehensive market and technology analysis to assess the business potential of innovative Siemens technologies, establishing a solid foundation for new ventures Subsequently, you will actively participate in the development of business models and detailed business plans that are crucial for the success of potential start-ups Additionally, you'll identify and research potential target customers, preparing effective sales strategies to ensure a smooth market entry for new ventures Furthermore, in collaboration with Venture Directors, you will organize and conduct interviews with industry experts and potential customers to validate business hypotheses and gather critical insights Throughout these activities, you will continually leverage your strong analytical skills and affinity for new technologies to contribute effectively to the venture building process

This is how you'll win us over

Education

: You are currently enrolled in an advanced Bachelor's program or a Master's program in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field

Experience and Skills

: + You have initial practical experience in business development, market analysis, project management, or in a start-up environment/consulting
+ Strong analytical and conceptual skills are essential
+ Proficiency in new technologies and entrepreneurial topics is required

Ways of Working

: You are communicative, a team player, and have an independent working style

Languages

: Business-fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken, are essential
