Role Description & Responsibilities

Track and monitor all transformation initiatives to ensure progress and identify potential roadblocks Organize and facilitate decision committees, including preparation, documentation, and follow-up actions Maintain regular OKR reporting on our internal platform to keep stakeholders informed Ensure process compliance across all key initiatives and support standardized workflows Create transparency and alignment across the transformation program through structured reporting Act as the central coordination point between project teams and decision-makers ###

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in Business Informatics, Business Administration (focus on processes/project management), or a related field Interest in project management, organizational transformation, and process optimization Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Excellent documentation and communication skills Comfortable working with data, tracking tools, and reporting platforms Proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-through
