We are currently looking for a

Working Student (f/m/d) Supply Chain
based in Monheim am Rhein

What You Will do:

  • Be an integral part in our Supply Chain Organization to improve our customer experience
  • Assist the Demand Planner with day-to-day tasks
  • Support the development of effective Supply Chain solutions to protect customer service and costs
  • Closely collaborate with internal stakeholders in marketing and finance
  • Collaborate with Supply Network Planning and departments
  • Use exception management and root cause analysis to identify forecast variances and issues for correction
  • Monitor Demand Plan performance (forecast errors, accuracy, bias) by measuring actual vs. planned performance at multiple planning levels
  • Manage quality, service and cost metrics

Your Profile:

  • Degree in business administration, supply chain or a related field
  • Interest and initial experience with statistical forecasting applications
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Affinity for statistics and data mining & accuracy
  • Experience in SAP, especially in the Materials Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP) modules is a plus
  • Willingness to learn planning specific tools/software
  • General understanding of the supply chain field
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in German and English
