What you'll build

Work directly with Head of Program Management Office in EMEA Strategy & Operations, across strategic and operational portfolio Take on strategic, organizational, and operational duties Gain exclusive insights into topics like strategy and Go To Market planning, transformation, and change management Independently manage and drive projects Plan and execute preparation needed for key meetings Work on data collection, analysis, deriving conclusion and making recommendations Prepare presentations and evaluations based on data at the executive level Coordinate and moderate internal meetings Support all the assigned stakeholders within the S&O office based on priorities

What you bring

You have good time management and excellent organizational skills You take ownership and deliver quality work You enjoy tackling complex problem situations Preferably, you bring initial practical experience from project work, consulting, strategy development, or sales You can adapt to shifting changing priorities Build trust and ensure confidentiality on assigned topics You are interested and skilled in the software industry and its business development Fluent in English Regular (2-3 times a week) onsite attendance at Berlin office is required

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
