What you´ll do

n this role, you will take on operational tasks—working independently or as part of a team. Your responsibilities will include:



Support in daily operations and ad-hoc tasks, working with internal tools like EPPM, Lucid Monitoring process compliance and compliance to SAP-wide standards Creation of regular reports creating transparency for our teams Conducting data analysis and producing visual reports (e.g. using PowerPoint, Excel, BW) Drive continuous improvement by simplifying and automating end-to-end

processes to enhance team efficiency





What you bring

ou are a currently enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences, studying Business Administration, Business Management, or another relevant field
S

trong Computer skills Proficient in MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint Fluent in German and English (business level) Initial project management experience is a plus Familiarity with other software tools (e.g. SAP solutions) is a plus

As a Working Student within our SAP CTO Strategy & Operations team, you’ll support us in executing and steering daily operations as well as regular reporting. Your work will ensure operational excellence for and transparency towards our internal teams.





Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
