What you'll do
The PMO Intern role will support the Customer Success P&C Leadership Team across EMEA, MEE, and APAC Region on strategic and operational projects for the board area
This role acts as an interface between the Board Area P&C BPs and the practice areas: Talent Attraction, Total Rewards, Learning and others, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction with continuous collaboration and successful execution. The role will align with other Customer Success HR PMO Interns
Support the people agenda for the Regions by executing on strategic programs for the Board Area
Provide operational support to Regional P&C Leaders: prepare data insights and reports, internal and external presentations, and communications

trategic Initiatives: Support and drive strategic initiatives, focus topics, and manage ad-hoc requests for the CS CRO HRBP Leadership team
People Strategy: Support the SAP People Agenda and the transformation of P & C through innovative projects and initiatives
Team Collaboration: Global projects, raise awareness of our services through creative communication strategies and presentations
Communication Excellence: Ensure a high level of deliverable quality in communications and presentations for P&C and executive CS leadership
Data Analysis: Deliver high-impact data analysis to provide people and organizational business insights (Hiring, Attrition etc) that enables the P&C team to drive measurable outcomes
Program Management: Help with management and deployment of global programs/initiatives considering alignment with business objectives
