Evident Inspection Technologies, a Wabtec company, is a world leader in the manufacture of innovative inspection equipment used in industrial and research applications in the aerospace, power generation, petrochemical, civil infrastructure, automotive and consumer products industries. We offer a wide range of ultrasonic and eddy current flaw detection software and equipment. Our equipment is used, among other things, to inspect welds, detect hidden cracks, voids, porosity, and other internal irregularities in various materials.



As Working Student (f/m/d) - Master Data you would besupporting Trade Compliance topics



Export control related topics, compliance with German- EU—and International export laws and regulations as well as for the communication with authorities and key stakeholder. Maintaining Customs Codes in SAP

Tasks



Check and approve and document exports and shipments within the internal export control system based on legal export regulations (e.g. Embargo, Dual use, Sanctions, US re-export law) according to a manual Maintain export control relevant data in the IT system SAP and document results for traceability in foreign trade audits Support several Reports for stakeholders to identify current workload Process Reviews and adjustments Entering SAP Data e.g. Customs codes

Requirements



Interest in Trade & Compliance Topics (Legal based) Knowledge of common Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams. Good analytical skills with ability to interpret data Good and co-operative communication skills across different functions A good eye for presenting complex issues in an understandable way Good Sense of responsibility, reliable
