How You’ll Make an Impact

Support in communication and change activities Assistance with analysis and documentation of change impacts Assistance within change agent network Support for development and maintenance of onboarding material as well as OCM SharePoint/Intranet page

What You Bring

Enrollment as a student in the third semester or higher in business administration, communication, or a related field, with availability for support of 15–20 hours per week Initial practical experience with agile project methodology and change management Solution orientation, people orientation, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of working in international teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially SharePoint and PowerPoint. Basic understanding of SAP S4HANA as an advantage Fluency in English as a requirement; proficiency in German as desirable but not mandatory
