We are looking for a Working Student for our Offshore Strategy Team. In this role, you help by monitoring market and competitor landscapes, synthesizing data into clear insights, preparing concise updates and materials, and supporting strategic initiatives and ad hoc requests to enable informed, timely decisions.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Conduct comprehensive research on market trends, industry developments and competitor research related to offshore wind Collect, analyze, and synthesize data from various sources to identify key insights about competitors’ strategies, product offerings, and market positioning. Assist in preparing regular market and competitor intelligence reports, presentations, and dashboards Support the team in ad hoc requests and contribute to strategic projects

What You Bring

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial Engineering, Business/Economics, Energy Systems, or a related field Strong analytical skills with experience in market research, scenario analysis, and techno?economic/financial modeling for offshore wind and grid projects Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data tools such as Power BI/Tableau and basic scripting (e.g., Python) for handling large datasets Interest in corporate strategy, market trends, and innovation; knowledge in the Offshore Wind area is advantageous Clear communicator in English, able to synthesize complex insights into concise management-ready materials; effective collaborator across cross?functional teams Proactive, structured, and detail?oriented working style with the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast?paced, international environment
