As a working student in our HR team, your day might include preparing high-impact presentations, supporting the coordination of leadership meetings, or helping to structure strategic initiatives. You’ll gain deep insights into the strategic, conceptual, and operational work of a global HR function and contribute to initiatives that shape the future of our people agenda.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic HR initiatives and leadership meetings Prepare presentations, reports, and briefings for internal stakeholders and senior leadership Assist in aligning and coordinating across different HR functions and stakeholders Take ownership of operational and conceptual tasks in a fast-paced, high-impact environment

What You Bring

Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, Psychology, Communications, or a related field Strong analytical skills and enjoy working with complex information in a structured and solution-oriented way Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently with a high sense of responsibility Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; ideally, experience with digital tools, data visualization, or storytelling Clear and professional communication in English and German Reliable, discreet, and confident in navigating a dynamic stakeholder environment
