A Snapshot of Your Day

In this position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency of our procurement operations. You will have the chance to expand your expertise in procurement practices while actively participating in various projects. Your responsibilities will include facilitating the tender management process and assisting in the creation of Purchase Orders. You will also contribute to the improvement of our procurement tools and processes, working alongside Project Procurement Managers to ensure all documentation and internal protocols are meticulously followed. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Perform all operations, measures, activities and tasks as assigned by accountable management or supervisor Learn and acquire respective theory and know how, techniques, methods, tools, processes in the area of Procurement Support in the management of tenders and implementation of procurement processes Support the Purchase Order creation process Contribute to the development of different tools and processes within the procurement area Support the Project Procurement Managers with documentation and internal procedures

What You Bring

Ongoing studies preferably in commercial area, economics, Business Administration or similar Strong analytical skills and a quick perception Communication and team skills Ability to think out of the box and authentic appearance Very good knowledge of MS-Office (especially Excel) Very good written and spoken English skills. German would be a plus.
