You'll make an impact by

You support the automation of the ordering process in a ServiceNow-based customer portal, ensuring a seamless experience for users Additionally, you assist with UX monitoring and conduct regular user surveys to gather feedback and improve user interaction You also contribute to the design and content maintenance of the internal MCS SharePoint site, keeping it updated and relevant for team members Furthermore, you help document and visualize digitalization progress and project updates, providing clear communication across teams Lastly, you provide basic IT and digital support within MCS, handling user requests, testing new functionalities, and generating reports

Education

: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field

Experience and Skills

: + You have a basic understanding of IT service management platforms, like ServiceNow, SharePoint, or Office 365
+ Experience with programming or scripting, such as Python, JavaScript, or Power Automate, is advantageous
+ You possess strong skills in organizing and documenting IT processes and digitalization efforts

Ways of Working

: You are organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic IT environment, demonstrating strong communication skills

Languages

: Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
