We’re a diverse global team with locations in Germany, the USA, and various other countries, where individual strengths complement each other and where we need your help in the Innovation Management Office (~20 hours/week).

How You’ll Make an Impact

Create visually engaging presentations using PowerPoint and Concept board Create and maintain SharePoint websites to facilitate organized information sharing Contribute to the development of multimedia content, e.g., by creating tutorial videos Assist in developing communication strategies and content to promote activities on our innovation platform Conduct UX surveys for our internal innovation platform and evaluate feedback Create ideation campaigns for our internal customers, as well as dashboards, and assist in reporting tasks

What You Bring

Educational background

: Pursuing a degree in Innovation Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Previous work experience is a must

Digital-tech savvy

: Comfortable using digital tools, SharePoint, Excel, and other platforms for project-related tasks. Experience in designing and building websites (e.g., with SharePoint). HTML coding is a plus, as well as basic knowledge of working with generative AI

Proactive and independent work style

: with a customer-oriented mindset, reliability, and attention to detail; takes ownership and drives results in a dynamic environment

Cross-functional collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal skills

: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with a diverse and global team across the organization, fostering a positive and inclusive working environment. Experience or willingness to work in cross-functional projects to achieve common goals

Communication skills

: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. German language skills desired but not mandatory. Ability to create effective communication strategies and concept presentations for various audiences, including high-level executives

Creativity and conceptual thinking

: Creative thinking to contribute to concept presentations and innovative solutions
