We are seeking a motivated Working Student (f/m/d) to join our Data Governance team. In this role, you will support various administrative and technical tasks while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a corporate environment.

You’ll make an impact by

You help us manage and maintain SharePoint Online sites, including content administration and user management You update and maintain various lists and tables to ensure data accuracy and consistency Furthermore, you support our team in designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards You handle data entry and maintenance tasks in our corporate learning platform "MyLearning World" Additionally, you assist in organizing and moderating internal team meetings and events You help us create and edit simple videos for team presentations, training materials, and internal communications You contribute to our documentation and process improvement initiatives

This is how you'll win us over

You are currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Sciences, or a related field of study and can commit to working with us for approximately two years You bring hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Power BI Ideally, you have additional knowledge in Information Engineering or data science topics You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications Basic video editing skills would be an advantage You demonstrate strong organizational and communication abilities You work effectively both independently and as part of a team You have good written and spoken English communication skills
