In DG GET you will actively support the cultural transformation within Siemens Energy’s Digital Grid - Grid Enhancing Technology segment. In this role, you’ll help shape how teams connect, communicate, and grow together. You will collaborate across subsegments and contribute to initiatives that foster a collaborative, adaptive, and customer-centric culture. This role is ideal for students passionate about organizational development, change management, and cross-functional teamwork.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Organize and support internal team events, workshops, and networking sessions (e.g., transformation workshops, cultural initiatives, informal information sessions) ans assist in logistics, communication, and documentation for events
Liaise with various subsegments within DG GET to ensure alignment and visibility of transformation efforts and support the integration of feedback and ideas from different teams into ongoing change initiatives
Help prepare communication materials, slide decks, and SharePoint updates for transformation-related activities and maintain transparency and engagement by updating internal platforms with relevant content (e.g., change cases, action time)
Work closely with transformation facilitators and change ambassadors to implement leadership and cultural development frameworks
Assist in tracking action items, preparing meeting summaries, and coordinating follow-ups across transformation workstreams
What You Bring
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Engineering, or related fields
Interest in change management, digital transformation, and cross-functional collaboration
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), experience with SharePoint is a plus
Fluent in English and German
Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
