Working Student - Financial Controlling (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities:

As a Working Student in Financial Controlling, you will report to Financial Controller and support our Finance Team in a wide range of areas, including:


Data Collection & Preparation


Gather financial data from ERP systems, Excel files, and accounting software. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information.

Financial Analysis


Assist in variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast). Analyze KPIs and trends. Support cost center and project controlling tasks.

Reporting


Prepare regular financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) for internal and Board use. Compile data and visualizations for management presentations. Maintain and update reporting tools and dashboards (Excel/BI tools).

PowerPoint Presentations


Create and update slides for Board and management meetings. Visualize financial results and forecasts clearly and professionally.

Budgeting & Forecasting


Assist in preparing budgets and rolling forecasts. Collect and consolidate departmental input. Check plausibility and consistency of figures.

Ad-hoc Analyses & Projects


Conduct special analyses (e.g., profitability, scenario planning). Support ongoing controlling projects.

Your Profile:

Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field in Berlin. Prior internship or work experience in Germany or France (experience with Big 4 is a plus). Open-minded, responsible, and able to work independently. Eager to learn and grow in a multicultural environment. Fluent in English (German proficiency is a plus).
