Our

Treasury Team

is responsible for liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, and other corporate finance topics, always keeping a close eye on the company’s overall financial position. We coordinate and monitor the group-wide weekly payment runs, and – as an international business – foreign exchange (FX) management plays a key role. Our day-to-day activities also include the administration of group loans and trade finance processes.



As a

Working Student Finance (m/f/d) - Treasury

, you will support a variety of tasks in the field of Cash & Liquidity Management. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to technical and process improvements within the department.

Responsibilities

Perform daily bank account reconciliations and monitor the group-wide financial position Process and approve payments, including analysis and investigation of discrepancies Administer ABOUT YOU’s Treasury Management System (Coupa*)
Support group-wide liquidity planning Contribute to Supply Chain Financing and other Working Capital programs Communicate with banks and provide required information Coordinate and implement your own project tasks

Requirements

Enrolled student in Finance, Banking, or a related field Initial experience in Finance, Controlling, or Audit (e.g. through internships) Experience with Treasury Management Systems is a plus Solid skills in MS Excel Fluent in written and spoken English
