Your mission

We are looking for a driven

Working Student in Finance

who is passionate about numbers, enjoys solving problems, and wants to learn how finance works in a fast-growing deep-tech start-up.

You will be working closely with our CFO and get deep insights into all aspects of financial management — from day-to-day accounting to strategic forecasting.



Depending on your interests and skills, your responsibilities may include:

Preparatory

accounting

: Support in invoice management, expense documentation, and coordination with our tax advisor.

Controlling

&

forecasting

: Assisting monthly reporting, cashflow tracking, and budget monitoring.

Administrative

tasks

: Support with procurement, contract management, and internal documentation.

Financial

modelling

(optional): Contribute to Excel/Google Sheets models for project or business case analysis.

Grant

management

(optional): Help track budgets and reporting obligations for public grants.

Your profile

Qualifications:



You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in

Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field

. You bring

strong analytical skills

, curiosity, and a structured way of working. You are comfortable with

Excel/Google Sheets

and eager to learn new tools and concepts. You enjoy taking ownership and working independently in a small, dynamic team. You are fluent in

English

; German skills are a plus.
