About the Role
As a Field Marketing Working Student, you will support the regional Field Marketing team in MEE across a variety of marketing and operational activities. The role covers digital marketing, social media, event coordination, communications, and selected administrative tasks.
You will work closely with the Field Marketing Manager before, during, and after campaigns and events, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Demand Generation, Customer Marketing, and PR teams. This role is ideal for students who want hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international B2B marketing environment. If you are currently a student enrolled in a university master program in the areas of Marketing, Communications, Business or another relevant subject and are looking forward to gaining insight and experience into the world of digital marketing in a leading international organization, this is a great opportunity to join us and support our DACH marketing team.
Your Area of Responsibilities
Support structured planning and execution of regional marketing and event activities
Assist in vendor coordination and communication, comparing and reviewing services and quotes
Support with preparation of briefing documents for marketing material creation and coordination with our in-house design team
Review, translation and localization of marketing and client-facing communication and assets from English to German
Assist with social media content creation, including drafting copy and supporting visual asset coordination (e.g. LinkedIn posts, event promotions, recaps)
Concepting and preparation of presentations and internal planning documents
Support event logistics and registrations, including preparation of printed materials and on-site support
Support internal and external communications (emails, newsletters, follow-ups)
Work closely with Sales and Demand Generation teams to ensure process alignment and quality execution to align on regional activities
Your Profile
Working towards a Master’s degree
Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, communication andevent marketing, ideally with first internship experience in that area
Native German speaker with excellent writing skills and a talent for inclusive language
Very good English communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to learn new concepts quickly and confidently
Ability to manage time and parallel projects remotely
A creative, proactive, and reliable team player with a hands-on, approachable attitude
Experience with Project Management Tools such as Monday.com is a plus
