About the role

The working student position in Expert Services is essential in executing the regular monthly tasks of the team, as well as various other repeatable and ad hoc tasks. The person in this role needs some specialized knowledge in using Excel, and will need to learn to execute the various tasks assigned to them.

Responsibilities:

Generating contractually mandated custom usage reports Building knowledge zones purchased by customers Executing many Analytics Squad tasks such as weekly industry news updates Supporting additional expert services tasks such as our access management processes and ad hoc client tasks

Requirements:

Good level of written & spoken English (we work in English and most of our customers are also English-speaking) Excel proficiency, including at least some experience with Macros/Visual Basic Reliable, good attention to detail

Nice to have:

Ideally based in Berlin for easier onboarding and ability to participate in team on-sites (day-to-day work is remote, however) Experience with Python High level of proficiency in German, Spanish, and/or French, to help provide specialized support in those languages (e.g. verifying translations) Interest and/or experience in marketing, market research and/or software development would be a plus
