What you will do

You will support in the implementation of our new HR system Workday and in the continous development and optimization of it You will support in the optimization and digitalization of HR processes You can explore AI-based solutions to build a company internal chatbot for HR matters You can help us to ensure HR system data quality and consistency, including error analysis and documentation You will help us to create of HR reports, documentation of newly implemented system features

What you bring

You are a Bachelor or Master student in Computer Science, (Business) Informatics or similiar You are interested in digital trends within the HR sector and enjoy working with HR processes and IT systems You have first practical expierence with Workday You are confident in the use of MS Office Programms You have a high level of self-motivation and are interested

What we offer

The salary for this position based on a weekly work time of 15 hours is € 990 gross for the first 6 months of employment and then increases to € 1.260 gross.
