Job Description



Take responsibility

: You develop and implement effective communication strategies and content to support Infineon's Go-to-Market transformation, driving awareness and adoption across the organization through engaging activities and collaboration with cross-functional teams

Shape the future

: You support the Head of Digital Customer Engagement in key initiatives, including projects related to Generative AI, lead management, and opportunity management, by providing hands-on assistance with project coordination, research, and data analysis

Reliable work

: You assist in the creation and implementation of key processes, including designing, documenting, and rolling out essential workflows, as well as analyzing and streamlining existing processes to improve efficiency and scalability




Your Profile



Study field

: You are currently studying Technology and Management, Economics, Engineering or similar

Experience

: You have experience or exposure to project management, especially related to communication, marketing, or process design (is a strong plus)

Skills

: You are structured, well-organized, and enjoy working on detailed tasks independently and within a team, as well as excellent communication skills

Personality

: You are creative, passionate about problem-solving, and have a keen eye for detail

Availability

: You are able to commit to working 20 hours per week alongside your studies

Language skills

: You have good English skills, both written and spoken. German is a plus

Important information:


Working part-time

: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.

Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome

: You must be enrolled, and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.

You should live close to the site

: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
