As a data engineer working student in the Strategy & AI Innovation department at Marketing & Creation, you will work with us to integrate AI agents and automation solutions into everyday marketing. You will help shape and implement innovative data solutions, from the initial idea to fully integrated pipelines. If you enjoy exploring new technologies, testing them hands-on and turning data into practical workflows, this is the place for you.

What you can expect in this role

Expect to support the development and maintenance of data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT) You'll be assisting in ingesting and processing large unstructured data from diverse sources (APIs, databases, flat files) into the data warehouse or data lake Your role will involve developing and optimizing SQL and data pipeline processes to efficiently extract, transform, and analyze unstructured data for reporting and insights You will gain familiarity with AI tools & agent logic with a focus on specific use cases in marketing Plan to support the implementation of proof-of-concepts – from tool testing to Automation

Your essential experience and education

You are currently studying in (business) informatics, computer science, data science, or a similar field with a strong technological focus Ideally, you'll have initial experience with data processing, ETL workflows, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) We expect you to have a technical understanding and quick comprehension of data models, databases, and pipeline logic It would be a plus if you have initial experience with Python, SQL, and tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, etc. We're looking for someone who is collaborative and a team player (14–20 hours/week)

Working hours: usually 20h/week, can be flexibly distributed by arrangement


Duration: Depending on enrolment - minimum 6 months, maximum 2 years


Gross monthly salary for 20 hours/week: In the first 6 months 1.200€ & from the 7th month 1.300€
