Your Responsibilities
Enable our customers, help solve their problems, and build strong relationships with them.
Work together with our product and sales teams to come up with new ideas for making our software even more helpful for customers.
Collect feedback from customers and turn what you learn into real changes and improvements in our product.
Learn all about our maintenance software so you can answer questions and give our customers tips on how to use it best.
Use tools like HubSpot and Planhat to organize your work and help us manage customer accounts as our company grows.
Understand customer challenges and create content like FAQs, learning Videos and Tutorials to enable smooth self-onboarding of new customers
Your Experience
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s (4+ semester) or master’s degree program, ideally in Business, Economics, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
Native-level
German
and strong
English
skills.
First experience in customer-facing roles, account management, or business development is a plus.
Interest in manufacturing, maintenance, or technology topics is a plus.
You’re motivated to learn, can manage multiple tasks, take responsibility with confidence and work with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
