About the role:

As a Working Student in our CRM Team, you will play an active role in engaging with millions of customers through our newsletter and email marketing campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with CRM Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to bring campaign ideas to life — from newsletter creation to voucher code setup — ensuring a seamless customer experience across all communication touchpoints.

Job Description

About your tasks:

Support the end-to-end creation of marketing newsletters

in alignment with input from different internal stakeholders (e.g. Brand, Category Management, Marketing, and Retail Media).

Build and structure newsletter content

in our CRM/email marketing tool

Generate and manage voucher codes

related to newsletter campaigns, ensuring accuracy and tracking performance.

Ensure all newsletters

meet brand, design, and compliance standards before deployment. Assist in proofreading, testing, and quality assurance of

email campaigns

.

Contribute ideas

to optimize email templates, personalization, and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

About you:

You are available and will remain a student

from 6 to 12 months

. You are available

15-20 hours per week

. You have a strong interest in

CRM, digital marketing, and customer engagement

. You are

detail-oriented

and comfortable working with

multiple stakeholders and deadlines

. You ideally have experience with

Adobe Photoshop

and feel confident creating or adapting visual content for newsletters and campaigns – though this is

not a strict requirement

. You care about the

customer experience

and pay close attention to detail. You are comfortable working in

English (B2-C2)

;

Dutch or French is a plus

. You can come to our Cologne office

once a month

.

Additional Information

About your rate:

Your hourly wage depends on your student status, as a Bachelor student you’ll earn €15.90 per hour, and as a Master student €16.62 per hour.
