Our team at BMW Car IT GmbH in Ulm is an international group of software professionals from over fifty countries. We create innovative IT solutions and support all colleagues in a modern, agile environment. In your internship or working student position, you will help us provide comprehensive IT support and contribute to the digital backbone of our company.

What awaits you?

You will support exciting IT projects and help to implement innovative solutions. Furthermore, you contribute to collaborative tasks with employees from all areas of the company. In addition, you assist with IT onboarding and offboarding for new and leaving employees. Moreover, you help to register new users for Business IT applications. You will support composing and publishing IT newsletters for the company. Furthermore, you assist with IT support for BMW Group and BMW Car IT topics. In addition, you help to manage IT assets and maintain accurate records.

What should you bring along?

Studies in computer science, information technology or a related field. Knowledge of Atlassian Jira and Confluence. Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM. Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Understanding of Windows and Linux system administration. Basic software development skills (bash or python scripts, databases, front-ends). Good English skills; German is a plus.
