What You'll Do


We are seeking a motivated Working Student to support both our Compensation & Benefits Team and our HR Services Team. In this role, you will provide valuable support across a range of operational and administrative activities related to employee benefits and HR processes.



Your responsibilities will include assisting with the ongoing operations of our internal MyBenefits platform, including the continuous monitoring and testing of benefits, system data, eligibility criteria, and user populations — especially in response to any changes. You will support a variety of benefit processes, such as the childcare benefit, document verification, and employee communication related to our benefit offerings. In addition, you will help manage and administer various employee benefits, such as family-related offerings or sports memberships, and ensure timely and accurate updates within our insurance portal.



Your responsibilities will encompass operational and administrative HR processes, covering areas such as employee on- and offboarding including employment contract and amendment agreement management, creation of reference letter, personnel file maintenance, and oversight of our HR system.



This position allows for flexible working hours, accommodating up to 20 hours per week during academic semesters and up to 40 hours per week during semester breaks. Candidates must be full-time enrolled university students in Germany.



What You'll Bring

You are currently enrolled full-time in a bachelor’s or master’s program at a university in Germany You have gained initial professional experience, ideally through internships or working student roles with a focus on tasks requiring strong organizational skills. You’re able to learn quickly, pay meticulous attention to detail, and adapt to rapidly changing circumstances. You’re proficient at multitasking and operating effectively under time constraints. Strong self-organization and time management abilities round out your profile. You have exceptional problem-solving skills, combined with a pragmatic mindset. You are proficient in MS Office applications. Finally, you have exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and German.
