Location: Darmstadt, Germany


Working mode: On-site (20Hours/week)

Your role:

You will be part of the Life Science Capex (Capital Expenditure) Management & PMO team, who are responsible to enhance and deploy overall Capex management processes & governance, along with best-in-class project management methods, systems, training, and tools.





As part of your working student activity, you will support the Life Science Capex Management & PMO Team with a focus on the following topics:

Analyze & improve data quality for Capex project reporting Develop & optimize Capex dashboard reports based on Power BI Support all other data topics and derive meaningful conclusions Support the team in developing digital solutions, specifically application of GenAI (LLM Chatbots) and Robotic Process Automation of Capex processes.

Your qualification:

Studies in the field of Computer science or Data engineering with affinity towards data science. Interested in implementing data analytics and process automation solutions Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook etc.) Good working knowledge of data visualization and automation tools (e.g. Power BI, Power Automate etc.) Fluency (C1) in English (German is a plus, but not mandatory) Independent structured way of working and strong communication skills Team orientation and a high sense of responsibility
