We are looking for a motivated working student (m/f/d) in Business Development who is eager to support our managers in exploring new business opportunities, driving strategic projects, and contributing to the development of innovative products.
Conducts research and assessments (Market research, SWOT Analysis, MPAs, etc.) Performs & maintains Competitor Analysis Supports with project management tasks Supports with meetings preparation Identifies opportunities through workshops, analysis, and research. work closely with teams to collect and analyze data, develop reports, and provide recommendations Benefits

Requirements
Ongoing studies (Master or MBA preferred) in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Aviation or a related field Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data (Excel, research tools, databases, etc.) Interest in business development, strategy, and innovation topics Independent, proactive, and structured way of working Very good communication skills in English (German is a plus, if relevant) Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and collaborating with senior colleagues Company
