Your tasks:

Manage purchase orders and create and send invoicing to our clients Supervise the purchasing process to ensure budgets are approved and respected Act as the first contact person for all accounting-related inquiries from colleagues, clients and partners Take over accounting tasks to support with the creation of monthly financial statements Support with various tasks, from daily business in controlling to special finance projects

Your profile:

You are a student in the field of business administration or economics with a focus on finance and accounting with strong results You have 16 - 20 hours per week for exciting and varied work Reliable, detail-oriented and self-organized Proficiency in common office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), DATEV knowledge is a plus Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English (business fluent, C1) Experience in financial accounting role, preferably within an audit firm, a professional services firm or in a technology-driven environment, is a plus
