Overview :

For our team in Hammersbach, we are looking for a:

WMS Key User (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Own and ensure the stable operation and continuous improvement of the REPLY Warehouse Management System (WMS) at the Hammersbach site Act as first-level support for WMS incidents, working closely with users, second-level support and external IT service providers Support the implementation, rollout and further development of the WMS, including testing, UAT, go-live and hypercare activities Deliver training sessions for employees and ensure sustainable knowledge transfer, including the development of backup Key Users Ensure compliance with global standards (PEP), maintain master data, configure the system and monitor relevant KPI Support and implementation of WMS related projects

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, ideally within an FMCG or comparable environment Strong understanding of warehouse processes and their interfaces with other business functions Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and experience in working with IT-driven solutions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage change effectively Excellent communication and training skills, and fluency in English

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Deine Aufgaben:

Verantwortung für den stabilen Betrieb und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des REPLY Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) am Standort Hammersbach First-Level-Support für WMS-Incidents sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Nutzern, dem 2nd-Level-Support und externen IT-Dienstleistern Unterstützung bei der Implementierung, dem Rollout und der Weiterentwicklung des WMS (Tests, UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare) Durchführung von Schulungen für Mitarbeiter sowie Sicherstellung eines nachhaltigen Wissenstransfers (inkl. Aufbau von Backup-Key-Usern) Sicherstellung der Einhaltung globaler Standards (PEP), Pflege von Stammdaten, Systemkonfiguration sowie Monitoring relevanter KPIs Unterstützung und Umsetzung von WMS-bezogenen Projekten

Qualifikationen:

Dein Profil:

Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Lagerlogistik, idealerweise in einem FMCG- oder vergleichbaren Umfeld Sehr gutes Verständnis von Lagerprozessen sowie deren Schnittstellen zu anderen Bereichen Erfahrung mit Warehouse Management Systemen (WMS) und Erfahrung im Umgang mit IT-gestützten Lösungen Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, Problemlösungskompetenz sowie Erfahrung im Change Management * Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Schulungsfähigkeiten sowie fließende Englischkenntnisse
