WAS DICH ERWARTET | WHAT YOUR TASKS ARE

Ein agiles Arbeitsumfeld inmitten der Transformation von Porsche mit dem Schwerpunkt auf digitale Kunden-Touchpoints (bspw. Porsche Car Configurator, Porsche Finder, Connect Store, Porsche Shop, CRM) Unterstützung bei der Implementierung übergreifender Strukturen und Prozesse, um eine agile, kundenzentrierte und datengetriebene Arbeitsweise in unserer Produktorganisation zu ermöglichen Identifizierung und Lösung von Herausforderungen in der Steuerung der Porsche Digital Produktorganisation Mitarbeit beim Aufbau optimierter interner Prozessabläufe und deren Dokumentation sowie möglicher systemseitiger Implementierung Unterstützung bei der Budget- und Ressourcenplanung über internes Reporting für das Produktportfolio Pflege interner Kommunikationskanäle innerhalb des Produktportfolios Vorbereitung und Dokumentation Portfolio-interner Termine

An agile working environment at the heart of Porsche's transformation, with a focus on digital customer touchpoints (e.g., Porsche Car Configurator, Porsche Finder, Connect Store, Porsche Shop, CRM) Support in implementing cross-functional structures and processes to enable an agile, customer-centric, and data-driven way of working in our product organization Identifying and solving challenges in the management of the Porsche Digital product organization Collaborating on the development of optimized internal processes and their documentation, as well as possible system implementation Supporting budget and resource planning via internal reporting for the product portfolio Maintaining internal communication channels within the product portfolio Preparing and documenting internal portfolio appointments

WAS DU MITBRINGST | WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

Immatrikulation an einer Hochschule oder Universität mit Schwerpunkt internationaler Wirtschaftswissenschaft oder Wirtschaftsinformatik Grundkenntnisse im Bereich agiler Arbeitsweisen (SCRUM, SAFe) Versierter Umgang mit MS Office insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, verbunden mit einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe komplexer Sachverhalte Hohes Engagement und selbständige strukturierte Arbeitsweise Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Can-do und Self-Starter Mentalität! Hohe Flexibilität, Offenheit und Transparenz im Team Kommunikationstalent

Enrollment at a college or university with a focus on international economics or business informatics Basic knowledge of agile working methods (SCRUM, SAFe) Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Strong analytical and conceptual skills, combined with the ability to quickly grasp complex issues High level of commitment and independent, structured approach to work Very good German and English skills Can-do and self-starter mentality! High degree of flexibility, openness, and transparency within the team Communication skills
