Your Role

Du bist aktiv an der Gestaltung von CRM Kampagnen beteiligt und unterstützt das Team insbesondere bei der Planung und operativen Umsetzung der E-Mail Kampagnen, von der Idee, über das Testing bis zum Versenden der Newsletter Vor allem die kreative Konzipierung und Umsetzung von Kampagnen, wie z.B. Beauty Insider Tipps & Trends, Gewinnspiele und Angebote nehmen eine große Rolle in deiner Arbeit ein Du arbeitest cross-funktional mit anderen Teams zusammen und bist hier in enger Abstimmung mit den Departments Graphics, Campaign Management, Brand und Retail Media Perspektivisch gehören auch kleinere Analysen zur Performance Optimierung von Kampagnen in deinen Aufgabenbereich

Your Profile

Laufendes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Marketing oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang Idealerweise hast du erste Arbeitserfahrung als Werkstudent:in/Praktikant:in; Praxiswissen im Bereich E-Mail-Marketing ist von Vorteil Exzellente Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel. Erste Erfahrungen mit Tableau sind ein Plus Ausgezeichnete Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, sowie eine kreative Ader
