Zur Verstärkung unseres Facility Management Teams suchen wir Dich als

Werkstudent (m/w/d)

für unseren Kundenstandort in Norderstedt.

Deine Aufgaben

Erstellen eines Dokumenten- /Datenmanagementsystems zum digitalen Instandhaltungsmanagement Abstimmung und Erarbeitung von kundenspezifischen Definitionen im Bereich des Asset Managements Digitalisierung von Instandhaltungsstrategien Unterstützung im Aufbau von Prozessen in der Instandhaltung Eigenständige Entwicklung und Umsetzung kleiner Projekte mit dem Kunden Begleitung von Vor-Ort-Terminen im Rahmen der Projektsteuerung

Das bringst du mit

ein Studium des Facility Managements, Bauingenieurwesens, Maschinenbaus, Mechatronik, Verfahrenstechnik, Projektmanagement, Technischen Gebäudemanagements oder ähnliches Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent Technikaffinität und Interesse an innovativen Lösungen Teamfähigkeit bei gleichzeitig selbstständiger Arbeitsweise Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen Service-, kunden- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise Selbstständigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Einsatzbereitschaft Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
