YOUR TASKS

+ Support project management in the designing, planning, and implementing of projects related to purchasing processes and tools (e.g., eProcurement) + Collaborating on the implementation of AI solutions and AI agents in daily purchasing activities
+ Analysing and optimising processes in indirect purchasing
+ Performing data analyses with MS Excel, SAP BW, and Power BI for purchasing control
+ Supporting global digitisation projects in indirect purchasing
+ Maintaining and updating SharePoint content

YOUR PROFILE

+ Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology or similar
+ Good written and spoken German and very good written and spoken English
+ Initial practical experience (internship) desirable, but not essential
+ Confident use of MS Office, ideally knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and Power BI
+ Strong communication and teamwork skills
+ Independent, structured way of working, curiosity, and a proactive attitude
