Wir suchen um nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Werkstudenten (m/w/d) an unserem Standort Neuenstadt a.K.

Deine Aufgaben

Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft Allgemeine Personaladministration (Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen und Zeugnissen nach vorgegebenem Standard, Bearbeitung der Zeitwirtschaft, ...) Vorbereitende Gehaltsabrechnung mit anschließender Kontrolle Mitwirkung bei verschiedenen Sonderprojekten Planung und Organisation von Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen Erstellung von Statistiken und Reports

Wonach wir suchen

Studium an einer Hochschule oder Universität mit der Fachrichtung Betriebswirtschaft, Psychologie, Recht oder vergleichbarem Bereich, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Sorgfältiger Umgang mit Zahlen und Daten Offenes, kommunikationsstarkes Auftreten Absolute Vertrauenswürdigkeit und Diskretion

Deine bevorzugten Qualifikationen

Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Human Ressources wünschenswert SAP HR, SAP Successfactors oder Workday Kenntnisse wünschenswert Erfahrung in der Prüfung von Gehaltsabrechnungen wünschenswert
