Datenpflege und Weiterentwicklung des BIM-Modells Verknüpfung des BIM-Modells mit Masterdatensätzen in SAP Prüfung und Erstellung von Wartungsstrategien in der Gebäudetechnik und Brandschutz Vor-Ort Datenaufnahme Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Dokumenten und Schulungen im Rahmen des organisatorischen Brandschutzes Mitarbeit in Projekten des baulichen Brandschutzes Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Instandhaltung, Brandschutz, Werksicherheit, EHS und den Betreibern der Gebäudetechnik Einblick in das Aufgabengebiet Facility Management eines produzierenden Unternehmens mit >1000 Mitarbeiten und ca. 50 Gebäuden am Standort Eppelheim

Studium im Bereich Facility Management, Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder vergleichbarem Studiengang ab dem 3. Semester Interesse an digitalen Lösungen im Facility Management, Implementierung von Wartungsstrategien und Pflege von Masterdaten IT-Affinität Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
