Job Summary

Job Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse associates, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
Monitor and optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity.
Ensure accurate inventory management through regular cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, and adherence to company procedures.
Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing company safety policies and procedures, conducting regular safety audits, and addressing potential hazards.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.
Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Operate and oversee the use of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners, ensuring proper maintenance and adherence to safety protocols.
Resolve operational issues and employee conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of warehouse operations and processes.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
3-5 years of progressive experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse associates.
Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to operate various warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, reach truck) and hold relevant certifications.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse environment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
