Goods receipt & quality inspection (quantity and quality) Storage of parts while taking into account efficient warehouse management and the storage system Material provision and testing according to material withdrawal slips Picking, assembling load units and preparing accompanying documents Professional and proper packaging of goods and merchandise Care and maintenance of packaging tools and equipment Marking, labelling and securing shipments in compliance with legal requirements Recording and posting of warehouse or production-relevant data in the ERP system Loading and unloading activities Inventories and inventory controls Planning the warehouse organization and structure Inventory monitoring and optimization in cooperation with purchasing Creation, processing and follow-up of supplier complaints, correspondence with suppliers inside and outside the company, nationally and internationally Other reasonable activities within the scope of operational necessities
Qualifications
Completed vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist Sound experience in the described field of activity Valid forklift license and sufficient driving experience Confident handling of IT Flexibility, communication and teamwork skills Good knowledge of the German language, both written and spoken Knowledge of English is an advantage Structured, proactive working style and organizational skills * Independent and service-oriented way of working as well as a sense of responsibility
