SOL GmbH is a global company serving Fortune 500 clients for exhibitions, events, and branding needs. We are seeking an energetic

Warehouse Assistant

to support project management teams in warehouse operations and assist with material preparation and transportation for events.

Duties



Unload and load materials and equipment in the warehouse. Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring proper storage. Conduct stock checks and report discrepancies. Assist in preparing materials for transport to event sites. Ensure compliance with warehouse safety protocols. Assist with the transportation of materials across Europe for events. Help with project site preparations and breakdowns.

Experience



Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse/logistics operations. Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse equipment. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team. Basic proficiency in English; knowledge of a second language (German, Spanish, Italian, Polish, or French) is a plus.

Behavioral Skills
