About the Role

We are seeking a

Warehouse & Material Handling Associate

to support the logistics, preparation, and on-site execution of exhibition booth projects. You’ll be a key link between our warehouse, production, and installation teams, ensuring the right materials are in the right place—on time and in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities

Material Handling & Logistics

Receive, inspect, and store booth components (wooden panels, graphics, AV, structural frames). Pick and pack materials accurately based on project plans and load sheets. Load/unload materials safely for transportation. Track inventory and assist with regular stock checks and damage reporting.

Warehouse & Workshop Support

Assist in basic fabrication and pre-assembly. Prepare booth elements according to designer or carpenter instructions. Maintain tools, workstations, and ensure a clean, safe warehouse environment.

Event-Site Assistance

Support on-site build-up and dismantling of exhibition booths. Help with positioning, mounting graphics, installing flooring or lighting under supervision. Transport and manage booth materials pre- and post-event.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or exhibition/event production. Hands-on experience with tools and handling fragile materials. Driving license Able to lift heavy loads (20–30kg) and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Basic knowledge of German (B1–B2); English is a must. Forklift license is an advantage. Flexibility for occasional weekend or late-night work during events.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: 1.500,00€ - 3.000,00€ per month
