Your Responsibilities:

Welcome and accompany guests throughout their dining experience. Present the menu and beverage list and guide guests in their choices. Take and transmit orders to the kitchen and bar. Serve dishes, wine, and beverages following the restaurant’s standards. Set and clear tables, ensuring the dining room remains tidy and inviting. Handle bills and payment operations accurately. Address guest comments and complaints professionally. Promote the restaurant’s commercial policies and enhance its image. Place guests at the center of all service actions. Maintain cleanliness of premises, equipment, and check tableware.
