Your tasks




We are looking for a

dynamic, results-driven, and strategic interim leader

for 6-8 months

to take immediate accountability for Koro’s entire

end-to-end Supply Chain organization

. This is a high-impact role focused on maintaining operational excellence, driving rapid performance improvements, and ensuring a seamless transition for the permanent successor.


You will lead a broad scope encompassing

Supply Chain Management, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Quality Management, and Retail Operations

.


Your tasks will include:You ensure

consistent delivery on critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

, including optimizing

product availability

, meeting

inventory targets

, maintaining stringent

product quality

standards, and guaranteeing

OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) delivery

to our retail channels You drive

cross-functional collaboration

, focusing on Product Development, Procurement, Logistics and the Commercial teams to continuously optimize processes, ensuring a highly

efficient, resilient, and sustainable

supply chain You cultivate a

high-performance, result-oriented culture

by implementing effective performance management systems and accelerating talent development You conduct ongoing improvement of the current strategy and infrastructure, and

identify and implement immediate operational improvements

to address current bottlenecks and prepare for a successful transition to the permanent successor You prepare a detailed handover documentation, outlining all strategic recommendations, ongoing projects, and organizational gaps to ensure a

smooth and successful transition

Your profile



You have proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams in a dynamic environment You are able to think strategically, understand complex business challenges, and formulate effective solutions designed to create sustained and improved business results You bring 5+ years of professional and leadership experience in Scale-up Supply Chain, ideally with direct exposure to E-Commerce and experience with FMCG You have a proactive, hands-on mentality suited for a fast, dynamic environment You have strong analytical and communication skills, paired with an understanding of how to drive decision making
