Your Mission
As the face of Movado Group in the field, you will combine visual merchandising expertise with sales and account support to drive brand presence and growth. You’ll ensure our products are showcased at their very best while also supporting our strategic projects.
Key responsibilities:Execute visual merchandising concepts in line with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns Optimize product placements in prime locations to maximize visibility and sales Supervise Shop-in-Shop managers and act as the main VM contact for key accounts Train and inspire store teams to deliver premium brand experiences Order, coordinate, and manage display materials Create impactful reports, presentations, and updated VM guidelines Collaborate closely with marketing on campaigns, events, and new initiatives

What You Bring3+ years’ experience in visual merchandising, retail, or fashion (watch/jewelry experience a plus) A strong eye for fashion trends, aesthetics, and storytelling Highly organized, self-driven, and resilient personality with a hands-on attitude Willingness to travel frequently (including up to 2 overnight stays per week) Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams (or similar) Excellent communication in German (English an advantage) Creativity, enthusiasm, and a true team player spirit
