our future role





As part of the CNE Finance Transformation, Internal Controls and ERM team, the VIE will play a key role in supporting risk management, internal controls, and finance transformation initiatives. This position offers hands-on experience in corporate governance, project management, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic international environment.





We’ll look to you for:


ERM & Internal Controls




Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting for Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and internal control activities. Support the maintenance of the self-assessment processes and campaign coordination. Support the streamlining of the ERM process: build a regional risk officer network, automate bottom-up risk assessment, and help design a centralized risk dashboard. Monitor the status of action plans for both ERM and internal control, follow-up with action owner, support preparation of regular reporting



Finance Transformation & Delivery Plan




Support the CNE Finance Leadership Team (FLT) in delivering the Finance Transformation Plan by following up on project status, supporting project documentation, monitor progress, preparing overviews. Assist in rolling out and monitoring the transformation roadmap, ensuring budget adherence and achievement of efficiency targets. Contribute to the outsourcing of roles/activities to the GFC to improve the regional cost structure by tracking needs, preparing requests and monitoring implementation. Help design and roll out a CNE Finance Newsletter to strengthen communication within Finance.



People & Culture




Support the initiatives to enhance employee engagement and communication by monitoring status with the project leaders, assist to prepare overviews, presentations.



Customer Excellence & Simplification




Support the simplification and adaptation of Delegation of Authority (DoA) in CNE, ensuring communication and training for the new organization. Contribute to transformation-driven simplification projects.



Project & Meeting Support




Prepare materials and minutes for recurring meetings (kick-offs, monthly reviews, community calls, etc.). Follow up on action items and ensure timely execution. Conduct ad-hoc tasks upon request of the ERM/Internal Controls Manager.

Academic background in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related fields. Strong analytical and organizational skills; proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Fluent in English; knowledge of German, Polish, or French is a plus. Motivation to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
