Role Summary




The Vice President of International Sales is a strategic commercial leader responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening customer relationships across the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, and Japan. This role oversees a distributed, multi-disciplinary regional team to ensure seamless end-to-end customer lifecycle management from initial engagement through post-sales adoption, clinical customer success, and customer satisfaction.



In this capacity, you will develop regional go-to-market strategies, cultivate high-value enterprise partnerships, consistently deliver against revenue targets, and serve as an ambassador for ConcertAI’s Imaging Solutions product vision in key global markets. The ideal candidate brings deep healthcare provider or medical imaging domain experience, strong people leadership capability, and a track record of building high performing international sales organizations.

Responsibilities:



Commercial Leadership & Strategy



Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with growth objectives for key global markets. Build market-specific plans for UK, Germany, Italy, and Japan, accounting for regional regulations, reimbursement environments, competitive dynamics, and customer needs. Own regional revenue targets, forecasting, NPS, and pipeline development across all product lines. Represent ConcertAI’s Imaging Solutions in strategic partner discussions, channel relationships, and executive-level customer and industry engagements.

Team Leadership & Performance Management



Lead, coach, and develop a multi-country organization including Directors of Sales, junior sellers, clinical specialists, and support staff. Create a high-performing culture that emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Drive hiring, onboarding, and talent development for all regional sales and clinical positions. Ensure cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Product, Clinical, Implementation, Finance, and Customer Success teams.

Customer Engagement & Lifecycle Ownership



Oversee all aspects of customer engagement from pre-sales discovery through post-sales implementation, adoption, renewals, and expansion. Partner with clinical and technical customer success teams to ensure world-class customer experience and proactive account management. Develop deep relationships with strategic hospital systems, imaging centers, academic institutions, national healthcare entities, and channel partners. Drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell Imaging and AI portfolio across the Healthcare Enterprise.

Operational Excellence



Establish and optimize regional sales processes, forecasting discipline, Objective/KeyResults, and business metrics reporting. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and data privacy standards across all regions. Provide market intelligence to inform product roadmap, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning. Ensure customer success and achieve retention goals.

Requirements



Bachelors required; Advanced degree preferred 12+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in healthcare technology, medical imaging, AI, enterprise SaaS, or related fields. Proven success leading multi-country sales teams and achieving aggressive growth targets. Strong understanding of imaging workflows, clinical environments, enterprise AI, or advanced visualization solutions Ability to support customers and navigate commercial offers in regulated medical environments. Experience managing both direct sales teams and indirect/channel partners. Exceptionally clear communicator, negotiation expert, and a skilled executive-level relationship-builder. Ability to operate effectively in complex regulatory and cultural environments across Europe and Asia. Willingness to travel frequently across the region and globally as needed.
