• Develop and implement a forward-thinking E-Commerce strategy that aligns with the division\'s business objectives, ensuring growth in conversion, revenue and profitability as well as customer satisfaction
• Build and manage a high-performing E-Commerce team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Enhance digital marketing strategies and execution in a collaborative partnership with the marketing department to boost online visibility and attract higher website traffic.
• Drive revenue growth through effective product assortment, pricing strategies, and upselling techniques, while continuously optimizing the online sales funnel
• Champion customer-centricity by enhancing the online shopping experience, improving site usability, and ensuring excellent customer service
• Evaluate, select, and implement E-Commerce technologies and platforms that support the division\'s goals, such as E-Commerce platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems
• Develop and manage the E-Commerce budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI on web-development and technology investments

• Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within E-Commerce, preferably in

the industrial or packaging sector * A strong track record of driving revenue growth and achieving E-Commerce KPIs

• Deep understanding of E-Commerce technologies and trends
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
