Tätigkeitsbereiche:
Achievement of personal sales and metric goals Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships. Display excellent customer service skills to reflect N. Peal company standards Ensure a high level of customer service through extensive product knowledge and product ownership. Take ownership for the customer journey and how you can make it memorable for the customer Build customer loyalty through active client development Learn and participate in required training to help with the regular introduction of new products and services Help maintain the shop floor, assist with visual merchandising, stock management and replenishment

Operational Excellence





Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained. Accurately process all POS transactions and capture of customer information and assist, when necessary, with operational and back of house activities. Adhere to all policies and procedures with a focus on loss prevention and operational excellence. Have a proper understanding of all technology tools used in-store, using proper etiquette. Detailed oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize work


Qualifikationen:
Previous experience in achieving sales targets in a Fashion/Luxury retail environment Fluency in English, additional languages would be a plus (Mandarin, Arabic…) Genuine interest and love for clothing and styling, knowledge of current trends Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, team player Organised, able to multitask and problem solve while working with pace




Prior Experience Needed





1-3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment. Strong personal selling and customer relations experience, along with verbal and written communication skills.
